SocialFeed Hub collects and processes only the data essential to facilitate multi-platform social media publishing and comment management:

• Authentication Tokens: User and Page Access Tokens provided by social media platforms (Meta Graph API, Pinterest API) to grant authorization for publishing content and retrieving comments.
• Content Data: Post text captions, images, media URLs, and YouTube links created by the user within the composer.
• Social Media Engagement Data: Public comments, replies, reactions, and engagement metrics fetched directly from authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To compose, edit, schedule, and publish posts to authorized social media pages.
• To fetch, display, and manage incoming user comments in a unified inbox.
• To send responses/replies to public comments on authorized pages.
• To maintain local post history and analytics within the user's application.

3. Data Storage & Security

SocialFeed Hub operates with local state and browser localStorage persistence. Authentication tokens and post histories are stored locally on the user's client device and are never sold, rented, or transmitted to unauthorized third-party servers.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with external third parties. Data is transmitted exclusively to official third-party social network APIs authorized by the user:

5. Data Deletion & User Rights

Users retain full ownership and control over their data. You can delete your access tokens, post history, or company credentials at any time directly through the Account Manager modal within SocialFeed Hub, or by clearing your browser's local storage.

To request a formal data deletion or revoke API access, you may also manage authorized app permissions in your Facebook Business Integrations Settings.
